Warranty Coverage

• Used Replacement Engines: 90 Days
• Used Performance Engines: 90 Days
• Used Transmissions: 90 Days
• Rotary Engines (Mazda RX-7, etc.): No Warranty
• ECUs & Electronic Units: No Warranty

All internal engine components (pistons, crankshaft, bearings, camshaft, valves, oil pump, cylinder head, block, etc.) are covered against major defects.

Items Not Covered

• External engine parts (manifolds, sensors, starter, alternator, turbo, clutch, etc.)
• Labor, towing, and shipping costs
• Damage from overheating, poor installation, accidents, or misuse (racing, modifications, forced induction)
• Normal wear and tear, oil leaks, tune-ups, or adjustments
• Damage caused by lack of proper maintenance or failure to replace critical parts (timing belt/chain, water pump, gaskets, filters, etc.)

Warranty Claim Procedure

1. All claims must be initiated via email: sales@topgearmart.com
2. A certified mechanic’s report and photos are required to support claims.
3. Customer is responsible for return shipping of defective engines/transmissions.
4. Returned items will be inspected. If approved, Top Gear Mart will provide either a replacement or refund of the purchase amount (excluding shipping).
5. If claim is denied due to negligence, improper installation, or disqualification under warranty terms, no refund or replacement will be issued.

Maintenance Requirements (Mandatory)

• Replace engine oil & filter before installation and at manufacturer’s intervals.
• Install new timing belt/chain, water pump, gaskets, thermostat, and spark plugs.
• Flush cooling system and transmission lines prior to installation.
• Check flexplate/flywheel and torque converter alignment (transmissions).
• Oil change required after first 600 miles.

Failure to follow these steps will void the warranty.

Limitations

This Limited Warranty is the sole warranty provided by Top Gear Mart. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages, loss of time, labor costs, or commercial losses. Repairs or replacements do not extend the original warranty period.
